Our Mission is to provide each client with the best quality of pilates
training.
Our group sessions have 5 clients to an instructor and are 50
minutes in duration.
Clients new to comprehensive pilates are required
to take 1 orientation class. The orientation classes are both
informational and functional and introduce the principles of pilates.
The group classes are progressive and can be modified to meet each
persons needs.
We also offer sport specific programs, such as golf
conditioning however any athelete requiring strength, flexibility,
balance and coordination will benefit from our pilates program.
